Courtney Bell is a recent graduate from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Courtney’s paralegal experience started in high school where she completed 2 years of training as a legal secretary. Upon graduation, she worked as a legal/administrative assistant for a regional government agency in Cleveland, OH. She also worked as a paralegal for a bankruptcy and foreclosure firm before planting her roots at CPW.
Courtney is often the first line of communication for most clients. She performs intake procedures for potential clients and provides status updates to current clients regarding their claim, among other things.
In addition to being the first line of communication, Courtney is responsible for ordering all medical records and bills (pending, pre-suit, or ligation), scheduling depositions, answering and propounding discovery, organizing medical records for expert review, and assisting with trial preparation.
